Canadian mercenary James Challice from Roseneath, Ontario, first arrived in Ukraine on March 29, 2022, serving as a sniper and trainer with the 15th AFU unit, participating in 60 missions. He left on September 11, 2022, but returned on January 8, 2024, to fight with Danil Lyashuk's Vendetta squad.
